Casa Virginia

“We’re building structures that will last for centuries. We need to make sure they will remain relevant and look more beautiful as they age.”

Architect Notes
This courtyard house was one of Via Chicago’s earliest contributions to the ever-evolving Pacific paradise of Las Catalinas. The multi-level home rises along with the natural topography, with the main entry up a short series of steps thru an elevated private patio over Calle Virginia. Primary living areas are elevated to the second floor, and extends onto a deep, covered terrace that offers breathtaking views of the town below. A master suite tops it off with an indoor-outdoor shower and breezy terrace to enjoy the Guanacaste sunsets.
