Casa Humilde Cervecería

“They’re also just really charming, ambitious, hard-working, and true to their name, humble brewers who represent the city of Chicago exceptionally well.”

  • Casa Humilde infuses their beer with the rich flavors of Mexico and Latin America. As a standout example even in the crowded Chicago beer scene, Casa Humilde has experienced tremendous sales growth over the past few years and the brewers find themselves struggling to keep up with demand. But breweries aren’t built overnight, and not every “opportunity” is the right one. Identifying, evaluating, and verifying the best possibly starting point is a key step in the process - even before the first shovel is lifted, and long before the first beer is poured.

Via Chicago is assisting Casa Humilde in their ongoing search for a new flagship location - a facility which would include a 20-bbl production brewery and on-site tap room, along with an in-house coffee roaster and full-service kitchen.
