Architect Notes
Inspired by the simple, enduring architecture of the Canal Zone "garden cities," the new homes of Arcadia all incorporate deep overhangs and spacious terraces to take advantage of their tropical location. Variety, personality, and adaptability of each model allow future residents to truly make this their personalized home.

At the center of it all sits Casa Club “Mariamina”. The brick plaza is shaded by wide guayacan trees and anchored by a bold community building that hosts a public pool, gymnasium, and social spaces.
