Grace Point “Building A”
“Gulf Coast sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, the day can end beautifully.”

Walton County, Florida

Expected completion 2026 -
The third-and-final building to the “Northside” phase of Grace Point, “Building A” will serve as a capstone to the neighborhood and its public face along the busy 30A corridor. At the ground floor, a gourmet restaurant spreads onto a breezy outdoor patio along the Timpoochee Trail. Residents enter the upper floors of the building through a hidden entry, following a string of towering palms that lead to a low, bubbling fountain opposite the doorway. Each residence includes a walk-out balcony or covered terrace, and a variety of sizes and orientation ensures no two units are alike.
However the real highlight is perched up top, where a wide-open rooftop terrace brings residents and their guests face-to-face with the marquee Gulf Coast sunset. A heated pool provides the setting for slow-paced conversation, ringed by shaded seating groups and lounge chairs. At the corner of the terrace, a low cluster of outdoor sofas sit beneath the iconic tower - a memorable moment in a can’t-miss-it location.
