The third-and-final building to the “Northside” phase of Grace Point, “Building A” will serve as a capstone to the neighborhood and its public face along the busy 30A corridor. At the ground floor, a gourmet restaurant spreads onto a breezy outdoor patio along the Timpoochee Trail. Residents enter the upper floors of the building through a hidden entry, following a string of towering palms that lead to a low, bubbling fountain opposite the doorway.
